Whole
Scale Change was born in 1981 when Ford Motor Company, seeking to
move its management culture from a 'command and control' to a more participative
style, brought in Dannemiller Tyson Associates to design and facilitate
the change. The method that emerged from this initial work has been used for nearly two decades and has helped hundreds of organisations. Although each situation is different, the basic direction of Whole Scale Change is the same: to help organisations uncover and engage the combined knowledge, wisdom and heart of their people to meet the challenges of a changing world. Whole Scale Change is the trademarked name for 'Real Time Strategic Change' and 'Real Time Work Design' Whole Scale Change as a methodology is represented in Europe by
Rijnconsult b.v.
